  16. Apologies for problems in this month's FAQ posting.  It goes in eight
  17. parts (four diffs, then the four main files).  The system crashed
  18. somewhere between part 1 and part 3 of the diffs; then when it was back
  19. up the queues wouldn't accept either the rest of the articles or
  20. cancellations of the parts already sent.

  23. please be patient.
