  10. How do you create help files (.HLP) for MSDOS 5?  What format are they? (Are
  11. they the same as, or at least compatible with, Windows 3.X help files?).

  13. There seem to be several programs that use help files with this same extension,
  14. but I suspect they are incompatible. Ideally I'd like to create help files for
  15. my programs that can be read by the same utility that reads system help files,
  16. so users don't need to know where a utility came from to know how to find out
  17. help about it.  Failing that, I'd like to create a help utility that can read
  18. the main standard help file formats, so any information on file formats (even
  19. text file style conventions) would be very helpful....
