  33. When did you call?  I called last week sometime, basically to complain about
  34. not getting upgraded manuals, and was told that so many people had complained
  35. about the shipping charge that they (Borland) had decided to give a $5 credit
  36. towards shipping on the next thing you bought.  Not as good as a refund, but
  37. better than nothing.  I'm still a bit miffed about not getting the API though,
  38. especially when they include a nice picture of all the manuals showing the 3.1
  39. number on them and a the windows api.
