- When did you call? I called last week sometime, basically to complain about
- not getting upgraded manuals, and was told that so many people had complained
- about the shipping charge that they (Borland) had decided to give a $5 credit
- towards shipping on the next thing you bought. Not as good as a refund, but
- better than nothing. I'm still a bit miffed about not getting the API though,
- especially when they include a nice picture of all the manuals showing the 3.1
- number on them and a the windows api.
