  23. DEVICE.COM, which comes with DesqView, will work with non-block devices.

  25. There's a shareware utility, IDRV01.ZIP, which will load or unload =any=
  26. device driver (or at least try) on Simtel and most of the major archive
  27. sites. If you cant find it (probably in the system utilities directory)
  28. drop me mail and Ill see if I can dig it up.
