  18. The best place to ask and discuss these issues would be the Follow-up
  19. newsgroup I have set for this message (comp.binaries.ibm.pc.archives). A
  20. number of the larger, better organized sites do indeed have this type of
  21. organization. wuarchive.wustl.edu, for example, an excellent mirror FTP
  22. site, has descriptive listings of the files it mirrors from
  23. wsmr-simtel20.army.mil in the directory /mirrors/msdos/filedocs.
