  26.   I don't want to pick nits, but on June 30, i.e. only two days after
  27. Brian's posting, I already gave an explanation of "slack space" which is
  28. quite similar to the one you gave. The problem is that we do not know
  29. for sure what Brian means by slack space (i.e. as I mentioned it means
  30. different things to different people) and Brian never gave the
  31. clarification which I asked for. I will e-mail him (and you) a copy of
  32. this, so perhaps we may still find out what the heck he meant. :-)
