  20. What you need is lharc.  It can be gotten from a mailserver to SIMTEL.

  43. The file LHA213.EXE is a self extracting archive and will give you the
  44. MSDOS version of LHARC.EXE and all the documentation.  The source must
  45. be unpacked with PKARC and it will require Turbo C and OPTASM to build
  46. it.
