- Hi all.
-
- If this i an inappropriate place to ask (or if there is a better
- place to ask) please e-mail me.
-
- Is anyone aware of a software package (freely distributable would of
- course be preferable :-)) to enable me to access my DOS machine at
- work from my DOS machine at home. Ideally something that will send
- keystrokes and screen output directly through the cable and nothing
- else. My intention is to be able to utilise a database application
- (one which transfers large amounts of data to and from our Netware
- fileserver) from home. I thought of CTTY COM1, but this won't work
- as all of the screen output is by direct access to screen memory.
-
- If it helps (and I imagine for accessing direct RAM writes that it
- would help!) my machine at work is a 386.
-
- Thanks in advance.
