  30. ]letter to DR UK. Too early yet for a response.

  32. Since the merger, we have had a number of changes.  The net result is
  33. that we now no longer have a need to route mail via dri.com.  Please 
  34. discontinue the use of this address.  Please use the following address
  35. until we get a chance to (hopefully) setup our new address for internet
  36. email.

  40. You may have noticed that there have been many problems in response
  41. times from techsup-os@dri.com.  The problem has been that techsup-os
  42. is an alias for the above address.  Uunet would deliver the message to
  43. us and then we would route it back through uunet to compuserve.  The
  44. problem is that the compuserve gateway would severely mung the return
  45. address and our c$erve support people would not have enough
  46. information to manually reply to the mailer-daemon error messages.

  55. Call 1-800-NETWARE (1-800-638-9273) and ask for the DRDOS 6.0 upgrade.
  56. This costs about US$25, but will get you the full retail product.  You
  57. will then get the support that you are looking for.

  64. site that will be updated by DRDOS TechSup as new things come out.
