I am hoping someone can clear up some confusion I have with the difference between these two products. A friend of mine has BC 3.1 w/App.Frameworks, ProtoGen, etc.
It allows him to create dialog boxes and do all sorts of windows development. I was hoping to pick 3.1 up used on the net. Now I've found someone who has Turbo C++ 3.0 for sale (I thought Borland discontinued the Turbo line, hence the confusion).
Can someone please compare the two products (i.e. what can BC 3.1 do that
