- Yes. 3.1 comes with a full windows-hosted IDE, with a windows debugger
- and an optimizing compiler. The compiler has source-hilighting
- (letting you assign color/style to different types of text such as
- keywords, comments, illegal characters, strings, etc.) and project
- files have support for automatic recompilation of resources. The
- Resource Workshop is also windows-based. The profiler and assembler
- are DOS-based only.
