  19. Yes. 3.1 comes with a full windows-hosted IDE, with a windows debugger
  20. and an optimizing compiler.  The compiler has source-hilighting
  21. (letting you assign color/style to different types of text such as
  22. keywords, comments, illegal characters, strings, etc.) and project
  23. files have support for automatic recompilation of resources.  The
  24. Resource Workshop is also windows-based.  The profiler and assembler
  25. are DOS-based only.
