  27. 4.0? Thats a new one on me.  I am on the phone with Borland Tech Support about once every three or four days or so, and I have not heard a peep about a Borland C++ 4.0 (Maybe it's OS/2??)  Anyway, it doesn't mean that there isn't one in development - but I doubt August is the release time frame.  I would speak with borlnad directly and ask.
