- Has anyone had any experience with either of these products, or made some
- sort of comparison? Each seems to have its own merits, but are there any
- serious problems with one or the other? Kudos? Flames?

- (A/UX and MachTen are UNIX implementations for the Macintosh.)
- {A/UX is a System V - BSD hybrid, requires 68020 w/PMMU (or030/040)
- (32 bit mode) & special disk formatting. It runs Mac OS as a UNIX process.
- MachTen is BSD (Carnegie Mellon Mach kernel), runs on 68000 - 040, using
- native mac file system. It runs as a Mac application.}
