- Some of the problems I couldn't figure out:

- 1] I used "more" to see a file which turned out to be binary. At the end,
- every character thrown out to that console was illegible extended
- characters. Logging out did not restore things.
- 2] When I add a user, everything goes fine, except the user can not set
- his own password. On running "passwd" the error is "Can't open passwd
- file". As a root I didn't have this problem.
- Any help is appreciated.
