  21. The MCC interim version does not delete the .badblocks file unless you
  22. answer yes to the question about deleting all your files.  The README
  23. file contains a warning not to do this.  The option will not be available
  24. in the next MCC interim version.

  26. The version of Linux on sc.tamu.edu is NOT the MCC interim version, but
  27. a different version containing many files taken from the MCC interim
  28. version.  Please do not confuse the two of them.  I am getting quite a
  29. few messages from people having installed from the sc.tamu.edu version
  30. and having some problem or other which does not occur with the MCC version.
  31. It would be better if the sc.tamu.edu version had a name of its own.
