  11. I was trying to compile cxterm (Chinese xterm) and it tried to include
  12. <sgtty.h>, which I do not have on my system.  Taking the include
  13. statement out of cxterm resulted in a whole lot of undefined stuff.
  14. So, do I need to get a copy of sgtty.h, or what?  If so, where?
