  11.   Has anyone had any luck with the Orchid Prodesigner IIs card (1024 x 768)?
  12.   I am considering one to replace my Diamond Speedstar 24 card, which flickers.
  13.   What I would like to know is if anyone has had a flicker problem with this
  14.   card, and how fast it runs X (is it slow to refresh screens and such?).  I
  15.   have a 486/50 DX2 so system speed should not be a concern :>.  Does the
  16.   kernel recognize the Hi Res. modes at boot?  Thanks for you help.
