- Hi,
- I just upgraded to 0.96c-pl2 + GCC 2.2.2 + X11 V1.1.
- Much improved installation - kudos to all involved!
-
- One problem... I can start the X server OK, and get an xterm, and the
- mouse works. I can't get twm to start, though. If I run it from the
- xterm, nothing happens (I can kill it with ^C). If I reset the DISPLAY
- var to something silly, it complains, so I know it's trying to run.
- I've checked (I think) for silly mistakes like file permissions.
- Everything worked fine under 0.96a / GCC 2.11c / X11 V1.0
-
- Any Ideas? Thanks for any help you can give.
-
- Configuration: 386DX/16 / 8MB / Orchid pro-designer IIs
- 0.96c-p2 compiled w/ gcc2.2.2c
- X11 v1.1 binaries from banjo
