- Hi linuxers,
-
- I'm now up to patchlevel 2 of 0.96c and hoped to be able to use the dosfs.
- (I currently use the mcc package, with additions/replacements from jwinstea's
- rootimage-0.96 on a sx-20 4mb ram 20mb / - notebook. The partitions are
- /dev/hda1 dos primary
- /dev/hda2 extended
- /dev/hda3 linux root
- /dev/hda4 linux swap
- /dev/hda5 dos d:)
-
- I tried to mount
- mount -t dosfs /dev/hda1 /dosc
-
- and get:
- get fs type failed dosfs
- /dev/hda1 already mounted or /dosc busy
-
- From reading the MIT digests, I hoped to be able to mount a dos FS...
- The mount on rootimage-0.96 is said to be able to do this...
- The new kernel patches are said to incorporate dosfs.5 ...
- Can anybody help me out of my blindness ?
- Thanks,
