  11. I applied the WD8003 patches to 96c pathlevel 0, and with some hand
  12. intervention got it to compile. However, the activity with ka9q
  13. is not promising. Only a few packets get through before it hangs.
  14. The hardware setup works with DOS and NCSA, 386BSD.
  15. Plus the interrupt sections of the kernel are now somewhat changed
  16. with the patchelevel 1 and 2 stuff. 
  17. It would be nice to have the tcp stuff going. In respect the
  18. 386BSD dist. has a leg up. On the other hand we have X, shared libs,
  19. gcc-2.2.2, etc.
