- I am attempting to compile a list of books that are helpful with linux.
-
- What we need are books on the following topics:
- administration
- networking
- uucp
- mail
- tex
- emacs
- X
- gcc
- and lots more. ;)
-
- I prefer book suggestions be submitted with the following format:
- Last, First M. : Title of book, date, ISBN, brief description.
-
- You can add more info if you want, this is just a rough guideline. ;)
- I notice there have been MANY posts lately recommending this or that book,
- If you just recommended one, let me know!!
-
- I will make this list available at tsx, and I might be able to convince a root
- disk maintainer or two to include it in .Z on a root disk ??
-
- What we need most right now wrt root disks, is some nice documents that are compressed. ;)
-
- please send all recommendations to booklist@raskol.attmail.com
- If that address fails for some reason, try booklist%raskol@attmail.com, or
- raskol!booklist@attmail.com
-
- Thanks in advance!! ;)
