- Don't use the -w option when uncompressing 16-bit files under Coherent 3.x
- Increase the size of your /dev/ram0 to 640KB (see man ram). This reduces
- the time for the uncompress to less than the half, because it now
- doesn't use temorary files. That 4.0 is a bit faster is a understatement :-)
- Uncompressing 500KB of a 16-bit compressed file needs only 2 minutes
- on my 386/25. Also you don't need the -w option under 4.0 forever,
- because it's gone.
