  27. If you aren't running your system 24h Coherent, it's nice to have a modem-
  28. init to set the modem to autoanswer :-)
  29. I even have a /etc/modemreset to switch off autoanswer on shutdown ...

  45. I have no problems with my SUPRAFAX 32bis (ROM version 1.200c), you CAN set 
  46. it to a fixed speed, and it resets on DTR-drop, if you set AT&D3 :-)
