  21. I think your serial IC does'nt work on 19200 Bps. Its a general
  22. problem by IBM-PC's. You can change this chip.

  24. Or: if you work on a slow mashine (286/16 ) many interrupts
  25. lost by 19200 Bps. So a lot of characters come from or go to
  26. serial port are lost by kernal routines.
