- support@mwc does its best to respond to all mail to support. If you are
- having difficulty getting a response, send email DIRECTLY to one of the
- techies at mwc. A general "I'm not getting any replies from support@mwc"
- does not help us find out why someone wasn't replied to, as one of several
- persons may be responding to a given message. Messages can be sent directly
- to bob, doug, ed or abner @mwc.com, but PLEASE, only directly mail one of us
- if you don't get a reply from support@mwc.com or you prefer to communicate
- consistently with one person. Please don't send mail to all of us thinking
- that a reply will be guaranteed. If anything, you'll have everyone here
- thinking that someone else will respond, and there won't be any response at all.

- We aren't gun-ho about seeing serial numbers before replying to mail to
- support@mwc.com. For now (on the phones), we look for serial numbers randomly
- or when we suspect that someone isn't a legitimate owner of COHERENT. With
- the exception of mwcbbs (at times), we have not applied this to mail
- to support@mwc.com.
