- Not to be presumptious or anything, but MWC could allow one to register
- an e-mail address where one would be sending mail to support@mwc from. Use a
- filter on the support account to reject all other e-mail (actually, the
- register/filter idea is probably a good idea anyway to limit some of the e-mail
- volume they undoubtedly get).
- If they have any concerns the question might not be from the owner of
- the product, they can always call or bounce the mail back and ask the owner to
- call and provide their serial number.

- I know e-mail is easy to fake, but at least this way, the serial number
- is never sent through e-mail where an unscrupulous sysadmin can see it.
