- Are you including the serial number (of your copy of Coherent) in your
- messages?

- When I first tried to contact support@mwc.com, I forgot the serial number and
- I too wondered why they didn't respond. Then I resent the message with my
- serial number and received an answer the next day.

- I find the support to be very good. If your problem has an answer, you will
- get an answer the next day. If it involves a bug in their software (I have
- uncovered some REALLY obscure ones) then they may take alittle longer to fix
- it or tell you that they will fix it for the next version.
