  14. When I gave the Invited Talk titled "Self-Help on the Net" at the last
  15. USENIX Conference (Summer 92) in San Antonio, Texas, I promised to
  16. make my slides available via anonymous ftp.  Since I started work on
  17. a new project immediately after returning from the Conference, my 
  18. schedule has been somewhat hectic.  A version of the slides has been
  19. available, though unannounced, for a couple weeks now.

  21. They are available via anonymous ftp from ftp.dreams.org in the
  22. `/pub/self-help' directory.  They should also be available via
  23. anonymous ftp from ftp.uu.net in the near future -- thanks to
  24. UUNET for this.  You can also obtain them from ftp.eff.org
  25. in the /pub/ftp.dreams.org/self-help directory -- thanks to EFF.

  27. Currently, Beyond Dreams hosts (i.e. ftp.dreams.org) can't "talk" to
  28. sites only on the NSFnet backbone.  If you can't connect to
  29. ftp.dreams.org, try to grab a copy from ftp.uu.net or ftp.eff.org.
