  13. British Columbia Telephone has filed an application with federal
  14. regulators to start offering ISDN services this fall.

  16. They want to charge $115 per month PLUS a usage charge that will be
  17. about twice current long-distance rates!

  19. I understand that a few places in the US have ISDN already, but I
  20. though they were all a LOT less than this..  Do I have the wrong
  21. impression, or is BC Tel charging a high price?
