  56. Speaking of clueless.  Sometimes spook groups have one arm that inserts  
  57. confusing information into the target.  Like the CIA writing an article  
  58. and then using someone else's byline.  This can be used to create the  
  59. impression that so and so is communist.  The other arm is devoted to  
  60. monitoring and because spook groups don't even talk to the guy down the  
  61. hall they monitor their own disinformation and get *really* clueless.  So  
  62. when you here that someone is supposed to be communist, feel free to be  
  63. skeptical.
