Now that Sen. Gore is off campaigning all over, what's happening with
all the legislation like NREN he's sponsored or supported or takes "the
right position" on? Has he already done everything he can, or will it
languish while he's away, or what? Did he take such an interest in these
things because he's really interested in them, or because he happened to
be in charge of the Science & Technology committee? Would he have more
or less influence on such matters if he were to become V.P.? Enquiring
minds....
