  11. Can anyone email me the policies/guidelines applicable to LISTSERV
  12. lists, please ?

  14. I subscribe to one such list and its anonymous editorial board have
  15. refused to include one of my contributions without offereing any
  16. explanations or justification.  And my contribution was relevant,
  17. unoffensive and unabusive (REALLY ! :-).  At least three other
  18. contributors have suffered the same fate.  Presumably, LISTSERV,
  19. the University and the Computing dept (from where the list originates)
  20. ought to be concerned and have a rightful say ?  Or are LISTSERV lists
  21. allowed to be completely owned by anonymous people acting arbitrarily ?
