- The OSRA Executive Board invites interested persons to submit papers for
- consideration by the Conference Committee. The theme for the 1993 conference
- is "The Workplace Transformation: Managing Change in a Performance-Driven
- Organization."

- Submit four double-spaced copies of your paper or panel proposals by November
- 1, 1992. Papers should not exceed 15 pages. To facilitate the blind reviewing
- process, the author's name and affiliation should appear only on a separate
- title page along with a maximum of four descriptors. Authors whose papers are
- selected and panelists who are members of accepted panels are expected to
- register for the Conference. Send complete papers/panel proposals to :
