  13. To potential customers of Berard Software Engineering. If you are outside
  14. continental USA be VERY CAREFUL to contact the company and obtain shipping
  15. prices for any products.

  17. I recently ordered a fifty dollar book and was charged NINETY dollars for
  18. shipping, sent 12 days after my order and taking 5 days to arrive!

  20. In comparison, most software I've ordered from the USA costs between fifteen
  21. and fifty dollars shipping for delivery in two - three weeks!!!

  23. Please note this NOT a comment on the quality of the book (which appears very
  24. interesting) but IS a comment on the poor service of Berard Software  
  25. Engineering!
