  19. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE)
  20. invites you to participate in a major symposium for the
  21. telecommunications industry.  This symposium addresses the need for
  22. telecommunications companies to provide multimedia services to their
  23. customers and to manage their networks as multimedia capabilities are
  24. developed.  The progamme features presentations from experts from around
  25. the world and offers delegates an insight into global trends and the
  26. views of participating telecommunications companies.

  29. Conference : TENCON '92, and will be held on the 10'th of November, 1992
