  13.      I got a program called " ACME " , discription is like following :

  17. The ACME Audio/Video Server and Client Library

  20. ACME is a network server for digital audio I/O using the built-in
  21. microphone and speaker on a Sun Sparcstation;
  22. it also has limited support for video output.
  23. ACME clients can play or record several "tracks" simultaneously,
  24. and can specify how these tracks should be synchronized.
  25. Several such applications can run at once, sharing the same devices;
  26. ACME handles the mixing and copying of data.
  27. All data and control are conveyed on TCP connections.

  29. The ACME software is available by anonymous FTP from icsi-ftp.Berkeley.EDU,
  30. in the file "pub/dash/acme.tar.Z".
