- I got a program called " ACME " , discription is like following :
-
- *****************************************************************************
-
- The ACME Audio/Video Server and Client Library
- .)b
- .pp
- ACME is a network server for digital audio I/O using the built-in
- microphone and speaker on a Sun Sparcstation;
- it also has limited support for video output.
- ACME clients can play or record several "tracks" simultaneously,
- and can specify how these tracks should be synchronized.
- Several such applications can run at once, sharing the same devices;
- ACME handles the mixing and copying of data.
- All data and control are conveyed on TCP connections.
-
- The ACME software is available by anonymous FTP from icsi-ftp.Berkeley.EDU,
- in the file "pub/dash/acme.tar.Z".
