- Such a service does exist. I think it's called CATs, or something like
- that. They advertise regularly in EDN and the like. We checked this out
- once, but the prices were too high for us. There are a few problems, as well.
- Like, since data sheets are at least partly graphical in content, the form
- of the data is just a bunch of graphical images, which don't lend themselves
- to database-like operations (searching, sorting, etc.). Also, I believe they
- were selling turnkey systems including proprietary hardware, which we weren't
- really keen on.
