  17. I was wondering if any body out there knows if there is a program or something 
  18. that converts .jpg images to .gif my school does not have a program that supports
  19. .jpg images. Also is there a program that I can download that would help me
  20. predict lottery numbers that I could download to use on unix or ms-dos?
