  12. I'm looking for a file of administrative information about the legal
  13. time in the USA. For instance, what was GMT when it was april 20,
  14. 1950, 2 a.m. in San Francisco ? Was it daylight saving time ?
  15.  
  16. Depending of the history of a country, this file could be difficult to
  17. make : for instance, during world war two, France was divided in two
  18. zones. Depending of the war, some cities moved out from DST and came
  19. back a few weeks or months later because the two zones applied different
  20. time calculations.

  22. In the USA, I do not know if DST is decided by a national bureau, or
  23. if it is applied localy, county per county.
  24.  
  25. I need "only" information from January 1St 1900 to today.
