- Hello out there in net land. I have a question.
-
- I have tried to communicate with several machines on my LAN via UUCP with
- no success. I know I can use FTP but uucp is more widely popular with the
- people I work with and it is easier for them to send a file and not worry
- about it getting there.
-
- The machines that I have tried to get this work are:
-
- IBM RS/6000 - 520
- Vax (Unknown Model) running Ultrix
- Sun IPC
-
- I have the respective System files defined on each machine but all machines
- return the same error
-
- connection refused
-
- Can some please give me some help. Thanks and have a good one. Any replies
- can be E-mail or posted to this news group.
-
- Thanks again
-
- Greg
