  25. MCI Mail does offer it, but only to their own customers (at much higher cost
  26. than they charge for email).  You cannot send them a letter from elsewhere to
  27. be printed and mailed.

  29. I never use my MCI Mail account for that; if I have something to be sent by
  30. USPS, I just mail it myself.
