  10. I am making inquiries on behalf of a friend in Bandung, Indonesia.
  11. He is looking into the possibility of an email connection from
  12. Bandung to the US. What would his best options be?

  14. The only possibility of which he is currently aware is to buy a
  15. fast modem and dial into a commercial service in another country
  16. such as Prodigy, MCImail, Compuserve, etc. He is not aware of any
  17. connection to any of these without dialing out internationally, 
  18. but has very incomplete information.

  20. Any suggestions on other options? Does anyone know if the Technical
  21. Institute of Bandung has an outside email connection?
