- Try this:

- Hit "f" for forward, then when it says "edit outgoing message?" say No.
- This will copy the message without putting in the "> " quoting characters.

- When the last chance prompt (edit, shell, headers, copy, send or forget)
- comes up, hit "e" for edit. You can then delete the "Forwarded message"
- headers, and add or delete whatever else you want.
