  12. It used to be (as recently as June) that there was miscellaneous
  13. information about spice3 (bug fixes, documentation etc NOT spice3
  14. itself!) available via anonymous ftp from cad.berkeley.edu .
  15. Anonymous access has apparently been terminated.  Does anyone know
  16. 1) whether this service will be reinstated, or, 2) whether similar
  17. information is available elsewhere?
