  13. If any one has a lead on pre-written code for SECS-II implementation,
  14. please e-mail me, (I'll post if enough interest). We are looking to 
  15. hookup data collection tools such as Nanospecs, OSI, Tencors etc.

  17. The Grapheq package from Bayliss Automation is all that we have found
  18. so far, and it is rather expensive for a toolkit. ($25k US)
