  11. You might have a look at Extended Tcl on barkley.berkeley.edu.  It has
  12. the ability to startup with info from an environment variable or a config
  13. file, either of which can then set a tcl search path and automatically
  14. pull in stuff in /usr/local/tcl, /usr/local/lib/tcl, /usr/local/lib/tk,
  15. or what have you.
