  15.     I know that CONVEX support Perl but my system is still using the
  16. 3.18 version of Perl (9.1 ConvexOS). I am trying to update to Perl
  17. 4.035 but the C compiler complaint in the routine doio.c at lines
  18. 2194 and 2281 because a type redefinition problem.
  19.     Could someone give me a Convex hints file? I am using all the 
  20. defaults options in Configure.
