  11. I am in need of the source code for a text file reader with up/down
  12. line/page scrolling.  The file reader is to be used in conjunction
  13. with an application I am writing for a consulting firm.  I have recently
  14. purchased Turbo Pascal 6.0 and haven' got around to learning OOP yet.
  15. Turbo Vision code would be fine but I would much prefer non Turbo Vision
  16. code.  Or a unit would be nice also.  To make matters slightly
  17. complicated, the files I am dealing with are WordStar(tm) files.  So
  18. I must be able to do the "strip bit 7 trick" and then read the file.
