  13. Blaise Computing has a TVision Ressource editor and compiler in their 
  14. "Turbo Vision Development Toolkit" which also includes some new objects 
  15. which are of interest when developing a TV based application.
  16. This is a product with  Borland's philosophy : top quality ,low cost and
  17. heavy doc.
  18. I can't figure how you could do better and their price is almost
  19. shareware...
