  23. I had the same problem. In my case it seems to be the adaptec scsi driver
  24. which caused that behaviour. My suggestion:
  25.  
  26.   Remove all device drivers but the absolutely necessary ones and
  27.   incrementally add them to find out which one caused the trouble 
  28.   and which one you should leave
